If an ant has bitten, there's a pretty straightforward thing you can do. It might sound a bit painful, and might be really that. But it does pay off well in most solutions.
Has been known to speed up recovery when it comes to ant-bite, especially when it has swollen and it hurts a lot.
This method applies to when you've removed the sting, and the skin has swollen.
What you have to do is just get some cooking oil, a frying pan, and put the oil on it. Warm up the oil, by putting the gas on to simmer. When the oil gets enough warm, put some turmeric (haldi) in the oil. Then get some cotton, the medical one, that you would use when you get a wound, and absorb some of the turmeric-oil paste on the cotton piece. Be careful in handling it, because it will be fiercely hot. Now gently put the cotton piece on the are of the skin where the swelling has occurred, keep it until it cools off. Although it might burn a little, it does more good than it seems!
Repeat a number of times in a fixed interval of time.
Hoping for a speedy recovery, have a good day!

There's an Itch in my Eye!
There must've been an itch in your eye too, somewhere in time and space. Something has fallen in your pretty little eyes or the wind just blew too fast, its more annoying than anything if you're trying to concentrate!
And my maa (Mom or Mummy) came up with something ordinary (read "brilliant") that made me "Wow! How did that happen?". An instant remedy to an eye-itch
So, it went like this: I was coming back home in my car from Indore, (That's in Madhya Pradesh India). Wind wasn't something as such, but dust kept pulling on us even when we kept our car packed with the A/C running. Nonetheless, these annoyance don't resist creeping up on you!
Something went in my eye. And it was like, "Chillies wouldn't have been worse, if they were in my eye!". Kept on brushing my eye with my hands to get that out. But of no use! That thing was still inside and kept annoying me. I couldn't even open eye for a second or two.
Ah! Then, I told my mom.
She came up with this: "Brush the other eye with your hand."
I was, "What?". But she insisted and I did just that. She said to repeat it until I felt good enough. So, I kept on doing it, and yes, my itch did go away! Just how? I couldn't figure that out as of now, but I'm sure I would but for now:
PROBLEM: Eye Itch
SOLUTION : Rub the Other eye that's NOT itching.
Scientific Reason: Unidentified
